We recommend sending your artwork in AI, PDF, or PSD format for easier and faster processing. We also accept JPEG and PNG with good resolution(300dpi or higher) format, ensuring high-quality print results.
Additionally, AI files or editable PSD and PDF files facilitate our designers to improve the quality and resolution of your artwork. If you prefer, we can also point out the details that need modification, and you can make the changes yourself to prepare them for printing.
We use a CMYK color scheme for custom stickers, notepads, and acrylic accessories. Pantone code is the option we use for lapel pins and custom patches. The two modes of color mixing are specified, like the machines that print them for high-quality detail in every piece.
We do not recommend RGB color used in electronic displays such as TV screens, monitors, digital cameras, etc., which are unsuitable for our machines.
For great results, we recommend that you provide us with at least 300dpi or higher images. Images with lower resolutions result in prints that have blurred finishes, jagged or rough edges, and overall poor quality.
Trim refers to the area where the images should be cut. Please avoid having your design going past the cutting line.
The background requires a 3 mm bleed to ensure the unprinted edges of your design are trimmed for a better quality cut.
Please ensure that all vital information and graphics are in a the safe area otherwise you risk losing them.
Fonts are needed to be outlined using Illustrator or Photoshop, making our machines detect them and create a better-finished product.
*Standard black color is made from shades of grey, how black the color truns out it depends on the density of ink as below show.
*A rich black color is made from the ink blend of C,M,Y,K.
*Frankly speaking, a rich black color may have the risk of ghosting that is the edge will show a different color shadow,so please make sure not to over-saturated by setting all the colors to a highest value.
Red mostly appear orange or rusty color when printing.this is effect by the values of Magenta and yellow. If the color turn out too pinky, that means the value of magenta is higher. If you see a more orange color, then means the value of yellow is higher.
