Yes, for a custom order, most of the arts and crafts item require a 50PCS per design MOQ,and in one order,you can mix deisgns, sizes, quantity,items so as to have your retail items varied and earn more market shares.

Yes, our products has been tested by SGS, and we have the test report of REACH and Rohs,updated certification or if a new testing base on you local gov.required needed,we will arrange up to date testing.

Custom notebook can be as easy or complex as you wish.

For standard notebook with stitched binding or staple binding, and with same inner pages, we can do 100PCS per design per order, and normally customers will try different print cover, so if the cover designs is many ,then each design can be 50 PCS to start so you need not to stock too much and can quickly testing which styles/print  are more favarable by the markets.

4)If you have no designs or not able to create, we will share where to buy digital authorized designs

1)AI or PSD  formats is better,high resolution PDF is workable too.

2)Resolution of artwork to be more than 400dpi the better;normally 350-400dpi.

3)When design,please take attention to leave bleeding space (3mm) for die cutting or kiss cutting.

Service

We have a complete quality control system, for example, we will have a spot check during production and will have full inspection in the last stage of package. And we will also provide with an after-safe service, when you received the unsatisfied products, you can feedback to us, we will take timely and effective measure, such as repair or replacement, and we will also make a record in our QC system to avoid similar issues next time.

Yes,free sample pack is available and shipping cost will bear in your side,both parties can go futher comunication when there is confrimed order, the paid shipping cost can be share by both parties.Still, we can offer testing vedio for your further study of the products so as to save the shipping cost for you.

For stock standard sample pack, samples can be shipped in 3 working days.

For custom samples, samples can be shipped in 7-10working days.Different items will need different sampling time.

Payment

We accept PayPal, T/T bank transfer.

1)For small order and wholesale our stock designs, we will suggest PayPal and 100% payment as the order can be arrange and ship in 7 days.

2)For custom order and small qty, we will sugguest PayPal and 100% payment as custom order can be arrange and ship in 15 working days.

3)For big amount, we can accept 30-50% as deposit and balance before shipping when we offer photos or video of packed goods.

1)When there is short shipping case,we will email informed before ship and pay back the relevant cost to customers.

2)When you received the package and have any aftersales feedbacks, if there is any quality issues,we will pay back relevant cost via PayPal.

3)Return cost could be credit and use for new order too.

Shipping

For custom stickers,custom notepads, custom pins,custom acrlic items,custom patches,etc,as it is deadweight cargo and not measurement cargo,so normally we will ship by international express,like DHL/Fedex door to door;when qty bigger and heavier,for cost saving we will suggest ship by air DDP.

1)For International express,like DHL/ Fedex, the delivery time is 3-7working days.If delay,then may takes 5-10days.

2)For shipping by air DDP,the delivery time is 12-18working days.

3)When comes to special period, like global epedemic,the global shipping will be affected and will comunication by email

When stickers come with standard packing,the goods' weight is deadweight.and here is a cost reference for 1kg goods to USA via DHL  for checking: door to door  USD29
